Refund and Returns Policy

REFUNDS AND RETURNS:

If for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase, you have 30 days to return that item for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. Please be aware that you will have to pay for all shipping costs and use a tracking number. Once we have received the item in its original condition, you will receive your refund in full. Please bear in mind that we are not responsible for damage incurred during shipping.

Refunds may take several days to appear in your bank account.

DAMAGED, MISSING, OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

If you receive a damaged item on delivery or your item is incorrect, please immediately take a photo as evidence and send it along with your order number to orders@seizuremerch.com. We will evaluate the situation and settle everything with you. If your item is missing, please send a message to orders@seizuremerch.com with your order number and the date you purchased your item. Again, we will evaluate the situation and settle everything with you.
